Dear Diary, in today's episode I'm unpacking my thoughts on comfortably and why I believe nothing good comes out of your comfort zone. We all want to feel safe, stable and at ease, but what happens when comfort turns into complacency. I'm discussing a couple insisted where stepping out of my comfort zone paid off and how much of a blessing it can be.
