Description
George Frayne has been playing music for fifty years, 46 years of which have been under the name of Commander Cody. With his band, the Lost Planet Airmen, he has recorded a long line of both studio and live albums that combine such diverse genres as rock, rockabilly, country, gospel, R&B and country swing.
Commander Cody recently released a brand new album, "Live at Ebbet's Field, Denver, CO, August 11, 1973", the first of a series of live albums from his own archive being put out on Rhino's Rockbeat Records.
