The workplace should be one place where communication just works ... but we've all had a bad boss at some point - so how do you make it so. Jill McPherson has a raft of experience teaching and she takes that expertise and applies the principles of Non Violent Communication to the workplace.
We discuss unmet needs, bad bosses, empathy and compassion and seeing things from the other viewpoint all toward a more constructive, productive and respectful workplace.
