Teralyn Carter, MD is a Board Certified General Surgeon with a specialty in Breast Surgical Oncology. She completed her undergraduate degree at Penn State University and went on to medical school at Duke University School of Medicine. She completed her General Surgery training at University of Colorado in Denver and specialty training in breast surgery at Emory University and Grady Hospital in Atlanta, GA. She currently practices medicine in Camden, New Jersey where she specializes in Breast Cancer Surgery and community breast health.
