Welcome to the first episode of 'This is Oro Valley' a campaign produced by the Town of Oro Valley Communications Department. Each month, the Town’s Communications Division will produce a podcast and a highlight video focusing on a different area of Town services. Our hope is that this series will help you better understand the programs and services funded by your hard-earned, taxpayer dollars. We want you to feel proud of this place you call home.
We’re kicking off the series in late November with a focus on Community Policing. Podcast host and Town Manager Mary Jacobs will sit down with Police Chief Kara Riley to talk about community policing here in Oro Valley, and the many challenges presented in 2020.
