We will learn about Baylor College of Medicine's efforts in training compassionate physicians through the Compassion and the Art of Medicine Elective at Baylor and discuss what it looks like to be a compassionate health care provider. We will also take time to discuss community medicine and contrasting public vs private healthcare.
