A new Presidential Palace and a gleaming new Ministry of Finance Building have become the latest additions to Port Vila's landscape. The buildings are gifts from the Chinese government and were handed over this week to the Vanuatu government. It’s sparked concerns over the maintenance of the building and weather there’s reciprocity attached.
