Do you believe in yourself? Do you believe in the power of your medicine? I'm getting real and honest about my own struggle with confidence. How I developed trust in myself and my medicine over time, despite self-doubt and uncertainty. What helped me learn to communicate with more confidence. And why it's so imperative that you focus on learning to do this (communicate with confidence) too.

I want you to know that if you have self-doubt and insecurity, you are not alone. Please have courage in the face of that fear, doubt, and uncertainty. Have courage my friend and keep going. I believe in you!
