Connecting to Spirit: Journaling Through Grief from My Head Knows But My Heart Still Hurts
Update: 2024-12-12
Description
There are many things in life we can avoid, death and grief are not one of them. If you are struggling through grief with a fear of forgetting, let me first tell you how deeply sorry I am for your loss. Losing someone close to you is never easy. We are never truly prepared. It takes time to process the thought of having a life without them but know that they will always be deeply woven inside your heart for eternity. I have created a journaling method to help you write through the grief. Although this will not fill the void you feel, I hope it will help you remember and be grateful for the time you had together. As a medium, I often hear clients say "I have a fear of forgetting." Even though the body no longer exists, their spirit is still very much alive around you. Reflecting on the time you had together will keep their memory, their legacy and their spirit close. As we work through journaling, my prayer is that your spirit will begin the healing process, helping your heart to understand. Journeying through this 30-day grief recovery journal will spark memories helping you remember what you had instead of focusing on what you've lost. Create a memoir for future generations by writing their story through your eyes. Take the words out of your head to help your heart understand.
