Tim Krauss is an Austin-based trail runner and Co-Founder of Mammoth Creameries, an Austin-based Keto Ice Cream company.

Tim received a Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis at the age of 28 and his story of adapting to this new reality is as inspiring as his mindset.
