In this episode we discuss the idea of control and its effects on mental resilience. Specifically, we address the idea of locus of control and discuss the implications of having a high internal locus of control versus a high external locus of control. Psychological tools and resources are discussed and as always, the doctrine of Christ and words of the prophets about control are analyzed.
