Description

Hi everyone! Welcome to Season 2 of Carry On Luggage!

These next five episodes will be all about cooking (my absolute new favorite hobby) and our relationships with food and the kitchen!

In this first episode, I tell a little bit about myself and my own relationship with food and how it has changed over the years!

Here is my Banana Bread Recipe (adapted from SchecksEats with a few changes):

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (plus one for decoration)

  • 5 of melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3/4 cup of Honey

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 and 1/2 cups (200g) all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celcius.

In a medium bowl, mash up 3 bananas, then add the ingredients in the given order.

Bake the mixture in an 8-inch by 4-inch loaf pan.

Wait until cooled to slice.

Thank you so much for listening!
