Description

Tune in for an informative yet loose and relaxed conversation with a coordinator from the Malcolm X Movement. In this first iteration of the 'Conversations' series, we will be exploring the anti(-neo)colonial grounded praxis and methods of organization employed by MXM among the hardest hit and most racially exploited areas of the United Kingdom.  Our conversation covers a range of interlinked topics such as the Police killing of #ChrisKaba, weak foreign policy among the leadership of African states, the dangers and pitfalls of activism limited to social media, and the importance of international solidarity; we additionally explore how local community-driven organisations can be linked, co-existing and co-operating in a network of global solidarity and international struggle against racial capitalist exploitation
