Jeff began his journey in entrepreneurship running a College Pro Painting franchise in Canada for 3 years before moving into the role of a general manager for the province of Manitoba where was responsible for the recruitment, training and development of over 20+ business owners over 4 years.
Jeff currently lives in Malaysia and works for Mindvalley where he helps organizations design their employee's learning, performance and development training. He also recently launched The Coaches Chowder where he specializes in providing training in priority management and workflow coaching.
