In this episode, The Caucus is joined by clinical psychologist Dr. Katherine Sharpe-Jones for a discussion on the recent social upheaval, the impact of exposure to long-standing trauma on Black Americans, and the impact of it all on mental and emotional health. Plus, we will cover ways to cope with this trauma and discuss when one should seek professional intervention. Lastly, we will discuss the many different ways you can support the current movement while also taking into consideration your mental and physical health.
