During the meeting some local residents expressed some concerns and confusion about the process.

Public hearing, information, discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 24-1731 approving a minor land amendment to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside 2015 General Plan Land Use element.

Public hearing, discussion and legal action for Ordinance No. 24-474 regarding a zoning amendment from R-Low to C-1 for 11.8 acres along the southeast corner of Show Low Lake Road and White Mountain Boulevard, and 19.2 acres from low-density residential to planned unit development.
