We are kicking off our series on how to create spaces that retain and attract Black teachers and we cannot dive into this topic without looking at where we have come from, historically.
You'll find that at this time, not much has really changed...We are still:
- Fighting for critical literacy
- Fighting the critical need for representation within schools
- Fighting for independence for our children
