We are excited to present our season finale, featuring 3 separate guest speakers, each sharing their work to create a more diverse OT workforce. Arameh Anvarizadeh discusses the work being done by the Coalition of Occupational Therapy Advocates for Diversity; Jonette Ishmael shares her experience implementing an outreach and mentorship program within her OT program; and Arielle Villanueva shares her experience supporting international students in an OT program.
