She works with people in therapy or coaching situations to support them in feeling empowered. She works with people who want to expand their consciousness, who want to feel good and have a good time - people who want to feel love, feel free, feel peace and joy. JJ Flizanes works with conscious, spiritual truth seekers who want to remove emotional blocks to success.
JJ knows that emotions are the most important things. From ages 0 to 7 years old, we want to get our needs met. Later in life, we still seek to get our needs met that were not taken care of by our caregivers. Core wounds embed a belief about yourself.
She helps people identify sabotaging patterns and transmute struggle into joy. Through a series of clarifying exercises, she helps people look at what’s running their lives. Someone may devalue themselves because of a pattern of being devalued. She helps them to choose the right therapy for the right reason. Otherwise, people keep the same story going.
JJ is passionate about empowering people with the knowledge and awareness of how they can live the life of their dreams.
From personal trainer to Empowerment Strategist, she has been empowering people in the areas of health, relationships, healing, and business since 2005. She specializes in helping people create a roadmap to emotional healing and rewiring core wound patterns with her exclusive core wound mapping. From business to personal, understanding patterns and beliefs will help you make decisions that can transform self-sabotage in every area in order to manifest the success you desire. She has also been successfully teaching the law of attraction since 2009.
