Rushed and little detail
The narration was fine, but the detail was sparse. After a few brief introduction, a list of stones without any attempt to describe how they look (would have been useful on audio) given and a little on how to use them for various purposes. A bit more background on what the Chakras relate to, and the relationship of colour healing would have been helpful. Ok, but not really enough for a good introduction.
