The nervous system has two main branches: the sympathetic nervous system (responsible for the fight-or-flight response) and the parasympathetic nervous system (responsible for the rest-and-digest response). Balancing these two branches is key to regulating your nervous system. 

There are many techniques that Tracy utilizes to create more calm, confidence, and joy in the lives of her clients. In this interview, she demonstrates the technique of "Tapping" to cultivate courage.
