We were all designed for incredible lives of peace, patience, kindness, joy, and love. We were designed to impact the world like Christ and a big part of that is REST. Many of us wish we rested better, so together we will explore some of the root narratives that drive our unrest, look at the good and bad habits we've formed, and explore practical ways we can start to experience better Christ-like rest in our everyday life.
