In episode 41 of Doki Doki, Reina returns to once again antagonize Alice in the least subtle way possible. But then they form a beautiful friendship, in spaaaaace!! And it turns out they can be friends and Reina has only been acting out of jealousy! Then, in episode 42 we find out Aguri is adopted, and this is treated as a shocking twist. Also Makoto is an orphan, but that's treated as less of a shock. But once she tries the "phantom treat" that is birthday cake, and the day is saved.
Delicious Party
In episode 40 of Delicious Party, Black Pepper turns in his stone to his dad and is no longer a cook warrior. But then by the end of the episode, he transforms in front of Yui and saves the day! And makes Yui cry and annoys Amane. But then he gives her a rice ball and all is forgiven. Episode 41 doubles as both a Christmas episode (yay!) and a reveal of Fennel as Godatz (boo!). We're in the delicious end game now, Yui.
