In 2022, TID started its Customer Academy program – an opportunity to educate customers and teach them the intricacies of TID operations and facilities. Now, as we prepare for our fourth cohort, we are continue to modify and expand this great program.
On this episode we discuss the origin of the program, how the program has evolved over time, and what to expect with next year’s session.
