This episode features Cynt Marshall, CEO of the Dallas Mavericks, a position she’s served in since 2018. She is the first black female CEO in the NBA, and she has led the Mavericks organization to a number of successes, including making significant, positive changes to the workplace culture. Prior to being the CEO of the Mavericks, Cynt enjoyed a 36 year career at AT&T, which included a 4-year stint as the company’s Chief Diversity Officer.
