Cynthia Moreland, Breaking the Cycles of Foster Care
Description
Cynthia Moreland is the Executive Director of dc127, an organization dedicated to protecting children and empowering and preserving families. They provide wraparound services to parents and grandparents who are isolated, overwhelmed, and under- resourced. In addition, they walk with foster families through every stage of the fostering process--from getting licensed to supporting a child in their home.
Today, Cynthia and Eddie talk about the realities, hardships, and hope found in the foster care system.
