Description
D.C. authorities have arrested two teenagers, Jailen Lucas and Kelvin Thomas, in connection with the fatal shooting of congressional intern Eric Tarpinian-Jachym. A third suspect, Naquon Lucas, is still at large. The June 30th shooting, which also injured two others, was reportedly the result of mistaken identity. Surveillance footage and a tip from a relative helped identify the suspects. The arrests bring hope for closure to a grieving community.
