D1 Training, a fitness concept focusing on athletic training, is set to open a new location in St. Augustine on October 13. Led by certified trainers, the facility offers programs for all ages with a focus on dynamic warm-up, performance, strength, core, and conditioning. The grand opening event on November 8 will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and Air Force veteran Chris Sieburg is bringing this fitness opportunity to the community. D1 Training, with over 150 facilities nationwide, is also looking for passionate franchisees interested in fitness and youth sports.
