At Anthem, Tracy led diversity strategy resulting in consistent external recognition, and most importantly, internal cultural change. She implemented Anthem’s first Executive Diversity Council, grew resource group membership 225% up to 13,000 members, implemented cultural competency and unconscious bias programming, and launched corporate-wide diversity communications, including video stories highlighting successful women and minority talent across the organization.
