Although we hear a lot about depression on TV, the radio and internet can you spot it when it's right in front of your face? I didn't. And neither did any of my other family members when it came to Brendon Johnson, while he was in college!!!!!
On this episode listen to what depression feels like and the drastic choices which are made so their voice can be heard! A truly vulnerable account from "the horses mouth" so to speak, and at least some things not to do as well as how to deal with it from one perspective.
