Energetic Alignments are energy processes (similar to spoken meditations) that trigger a higher vibratory resonance in your energy field. By listening you are inviting your own energy to vibrate higher and align to the first person invocation:

DISCERNMENT OF TRUTH 

To the Love & Peace within I dedicate myself. 

I AM one with my True Self - The part in me that is unchanging, eternal and infinite. 

I embrace change as evolutionary path of my being and trust in my True Self to guide me to unfold my highest potential. 

I accept all limitations as learning experiences and feel nothing but gratitude for any opportunity to grow through them. 

I consciously choose only what is TRUE TO ME, What strengthens and supports me - What heals and nourishes me - What honors and respects my journey and what expresses the highest level of my True Nature! 

For this, I only focus on what is True and Self-Sustaining at all times. 

Anything not based on Truth is distracting and misleading me - It wastes my Sacred Life-force and increases the false perception of my Ego Self. 

Manifesting and Expressing Unconditional Lovingness through thought, action or intention is my highest goal. 

For this, I let go of focusing on anything that is separating, self-degrading, and conflicting. 

I refrain from Expressions that do not express my TRUTH, so I can Trust & Respect myself and others at all times! I dedicate myself to what leads me to Manifesting my Higher Expression and Greater Purpose in Life. 

By allowing myself to grow beyond my Ego-Mind and Coping. I Trust in the support that I receive through connecting to my True Source of Power, the Source of Existence itself. Everything else is an Illusion of Power That cannot withstand the Sword of Truth bringing Light into Darkness. 

Due to my alignment to the Divine Consciousness permeating through me, I am trusting in my Inner Truth Navigator and Spiritual Compass And the GRACE with which I am regenerated and protected. 

As I devote my energy to be open for Truth on all levels of my being, I can surrender any resistance in or around me to my Inner Higher Power Residing in my Heart’s Center of all centers. Here I feel safe, here I feel nourished, here I feel home. 

I let go of attachments, limitations, self-imposed restrictions, trauma, collective karma, energetic ties and karmic binds in any dimension or time, to any person, entity or ego perception. 

Nothing and no one has the right to enter, manipulate or control my energy, to judge my Vision of myself or my Reality! I am Free! I know why I am here! Together, we bring the Light into Darkness. 

Together, we become More than the sum of us! I now understand, that the more I Allow Others to Be, the Stronger I can Feel the True Nature & True Power Of the IAM in me. 

I could not see this before. 

I love who I AM! 

I love who I Become. True Self, Thank you for my energetic sensitivity, and all the training I had to go through. 

It taught me when I need to stand my ground and when I need to let go; when I need to self-correct and when I need to shift, when I need to trust, And when to surrender to the Higher Power in me. You guide me to grow beyond what my ego cannot see, and you allow me to feel the Wisdom of the Trinity of Light in me. 

Now, I can rest in my heart, as all there is left to do, is to live and create my life in Love & Truth.
