DTVC Extra 46, Cage 90s Action Part I
Description
"DTVC Extra" are shorter solo episodes that I'll be posting on some weeks in addition to the main podcast. In this episode I start my look at 90s Nicolas Cage action movies with "The Rock" and "Con Air". In the first half I look at "The Rock," and how it established Cage as an action lead. I also talked about why I thought it was so good--and why I didn't watch it when it first came out. Then in the second half, we get stuck in on "Con Air," why I liked that too, but also why I didn't watch it initially, and why when I finally did, I wasn't impressed.
