Lake Markham is a writer, musician, and photographer based in Chicago, IL. With a background in the intersection of art and philosophy, his work explores postmodern alienation, the relationship between creator and created, and the hermeneutic continuity of existence.He often writes about chili. His work has been published by ExPat Press, Apocalypse Confidential, and Zero Readers, among others. He is currently working on a forthcoming novel, Lo Siento, as well as a cross-genre collection of writing about Chicago. He is also known for roles like “Dade” in “The Filthy Frank Show” and the creator/actor of “Dave” in “The Bald Internet Man."
