Zechariah 7:11 –12 ESV - “But they refused to pay attention; they stubbornly turned their backs and stopped up their ears. They made their hearts as hard as flint and would not listen to the law or to the words the Lord Almighty had sent by his Spirit through the earlier prophets. So the Lord Almighty was very angry.”

In this episode of Daily Devotions, Pastor David Sumrall reminds us that God’s anger is stirred when we refuse to listen and harden our hearts. God speaks to guide, bless, and shape our lives, and ignoring His word only distances us from His purposes. By keeping our hearts soft and open, like clay in the Potter’s hands, we allow God to mold us and lead us in the path He intends.
