In the beginning years of your business, there is going to be a lot of trial and error – sometimes expensive errors. And there will be a lot of apologies. There’s no way around it. It’s all part of the process.
The three main categories people talk about are:
- Sales
- Operations
- Growth and Vision
Get clear in these areas. Make a detailed 30, 60 and 90 day plan. Then take action! Measure you results, then course-correct as needed.
