Dr. Verret is joined by Dr. Dan Baker to talk about his time in academic medicine and transition to non-clinical medicine. Dr. Baker started his medical career as an academic rheumatologist. After a distinguished career, he transitioned to non-clinical medicine eventually retiring as a Vice-President with Johnson & Johnson in immunology. He now is CEO of Kira Biotech, a startup biotech.
