Danny Hulkower worked for the DSNY for five and a half years until an unconstitutional medical mandate led to discriminatory actions, by NYC Mayor and the City's Department of Health, caused him and other co-workers to loose their job and their steady paychecks. Attorney Chad LaVeglia, filed suit against the violators of civil and human rights on behalf Danny and fifteen of his co-workers in the same predicament. It went all the way to the Supreme Court, where they WON their case and the judge ordered to reinstate them with back pay! The next day the city filed an appeal and has to date ignored the Supreme Court order. Danny shares from his experience with the city's tone deaf discriminatory actions, that even a Supreme Court judge has found arbitrary and capricious.
