Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Celtics in this one 114-113. This was an extremely competitive games, with some questionable calls that had everyone on their feet. A game where we saw Darius Garland return to the lineup after suffering an eye injury in the October 19, 2022 season opener against the Toronto Raptors. Darius Garland went down in that one after an accidental swipe from Gary Trent Jr.
But man oh man, Darius Garland came back after a few weeks of being sidelined, and contemplating surgery putting his game on display. Had defenders on skates, played to the strength of the team, and look unbothered there. Darius finished the game with 29 points, 12 assist & 5-11 for 3PT. Keep an eye on the Cleveland Cavaliers this season after a huge backdoor trade for Donovan Mitchell. The duo looked great out there!
