Many have heard the dark tale of Elizabeth Bathory, who was a Hungarian countess thought to have murdered countless young women in the early 17th century.  In season four we told you all about her tale, but she is not the only historical wealthy and powerful noblewoman who was said to have darkness in her soul.  There was another who was found guilty for murdering 38 of her serfs, while instilling fear into any witness who could testify against her.
