I'm vibing our deep conversations, so today we're going to have another. I want to talk about depression. I'm someone who has dealt with depression for years. I think in recent years, we've brought more light to mental health struggles. However, we don't talk enough about it! It's important to keep the conversations going. We're still living through unprecedented times, which can take a toll on anyone's mental health. I'm going to be sharing some of the things I do to help with depression.
