I sit down with Dean Gleeson, co-founder of Mengo Male Grooming in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.   

I have been a client of Mengo for years now and I really admire what both Asa & Dean have done. They have built an incredible brand which comes down to the hard work that both have put into the business. They have the drive and genuine ambition for growth. The future is looking bright.  

In this episode, I was fortunate enough to have the company of Dean. We discuss his journey over his years. From a misbehaving youngster to an ambitious business man. It inspired me to hear how he dealt with the transition from working for somebody, to starting his own business with a friend. We talked about how he lived with and battled physically, emotionally and mentally with Ulcerative Colitis for 5 years, we touch on becoming a parent and how he found the balance between business and home life, father & son relationships and his overall mindset on life.
