This is the 1st episode of a series I'm going to do where I create the rosters for the world tour teams. Today is Deceuninck Quick Step, the UCI ranking leaders, I try and organise this team of winners based on rider goals but also on what is most likely to get the best results. The foundation of my thinking is built on who to send to each of the Grand Tours and then work on which races best suit the build up to that.
