In the 1980's the CIA tasked Commander Wayne M. McDonnell with investigating the mysterious Monroe Institute and its conciousness altering method known as the Gateway Experience. What started as a simple investigation, the Gateway Experience sent Commander McDonnel deep into the fabric of reality and consciousness itself. He details his discoveries in this letter that was declassified on September 10, 2003.
