Contained the key to overcoming my situation
Terri has a calm informal tone. Many things said were not new to me from reading other timeless self help books but she had a way of pulling these concepts together that I had never heard before. Have you ever heard of the biblical reasons to keep your home free of clutter? Have you ever been told that your clutter is the most important thing to tackle on your way to success? It all boils down to being faithful in the little things before God can entrust you with more. I came out of this book with more than just motivation to tackle my household clutter but reasons for why I want to get rid of it.
Change The World By Making Your Bed!!!
Terri goes in depth on how clutter can negatively impact our lives -- robbing us of joy, peace, contentment and prosperity in so many ways -- some more subtle than others. She carefully plots and outlines strategies to overcome clutter and adopt a spirit of excellence, in every area of our lives -- inside out. I really appreciate the motivational quotes and stories and parables, like the two men who went fishing. That was too funny, but also enlightening on how we can sometimes limit ourselves and miss opportunities. Highly recommend.
