Tina Gupta is a seasoned talent management executive with over two decades of experience driving organizational success through innovative talent strategies. As the Senior Vice President (Head of) Talent Management at New York Life Insurance Company, Tina leads enterprise-wide talent transformation, overseeing talent practices, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee experience.

Before joining New York Life, Tina held senior leadership roles at WarnerMedia, Xandr, and Thomson Reuters, where she spearheaded major change initiatives, including complex IPOs, divestitures, and mergers. She has built and scaled global talent development programs, created strategies for leadership and executive development, and fostered high-performing, psychologically safe teams.
