Enterprise IT at the Smithsonian is no different and just as complicated as it is for any other large government agency. This podcast will explore the operational structure (versus organizational) of the agency and what drivers are important as you lead the organization through ‘changing times’ e.g. IT modernization efforts, Pandemic Operations, adding new units, etc..
Deron Burba, CIO at the Smithsonian Institution, will share his opinion, views, and perspectives about the DevOps movement and OCIO’s overall DevOps strategy within itself as well as operationally with the SI units.
