Description

Defining the line on cyber-bullying and cyber-harassment. Shariff argues for a need to engage young people in critically assessing the impact of their online postings through dialogue and interactive projects that help them “define the line” as well as increased sensitization of the legal community to the realities of young people’s modes of communication. She argues that new legislation will simply result in criminalizing youth.
