An anarchist with a lengthy rap sheet has been arrested for putting a $45,000 hit out on US Attorney General Pam Bondi and a Democrat, anti-Trump judge released him.
The Democrats are the assassins party.
Tyler Maxon Avalos, 29, was taken into custody on Oct. 16 after a tipster alerted the FBI to a TikTok post that allegedly advertised a murder-for-hire plot against Bondi earlier this month.
Judge Douglas Micko released Avalos without bail despite a lengthy violent criminal record.

An anarchist with a lengthy rap sheet has been arrested for allegedly putting a $45,000 hit out on US Attorney General Pam Bondi on TikTok, according to the feds.
Tyler Maxon Avalos, 29, was nabbed on Oct. 16 after a tipster alerted the FBI to the alleged murder-for-hire plot the suspect had blasted out on social media earlier this month.

APThe chilling post included a photo of Bondi with a âsniper-scope red dotâ on her forehead with the caption: âWANTED: Pam Bondi / REWARD: 45,000 â DEAD OR ALIVE / (PREFERABLY DEAD),â court documents charge.
Underneath the photo, Avalos allegedly added: âCough cough. When they donât serve us, then what?â
The feds allege Avalos, who has a prior history of convictions, has anarchist ties and noted that his TikTok username was âWackoâ â an apparent anarchy symbol.His profile also brandished a link to âAn Anarchist FAQ book,â according to court filings.
Avalos has a lengthy criminal history, including prior raps for stalking and domestic assault, records show.
He was convicted in July 2022 of stalking in Minnesota, as well as domestic battery in Florida in 2016.
