Cara Marie Ringland is the founder of Body Temple Health as a Traditional Naturopath with over 24 years of experience specializing in Iridology EYENALYSIS and Traditional Thai Massage. Her expertise includes clinical aromatherapy, nutrition, herbalism, and detoxification protocols. Cara uses her diverse knowledge to assess and address chronic and common conditions, teaching clients practical techniques for rapid and lasting results.

Having been homeschooled in Idaho by her mother, a Master Herbalist, Cara continued her education with a Clinical Naturopathic Internship from 2000 to 2003 at LifestyleTransformation Health and Research Clinic. She moved to Nevada County, California, in 2005 to raise her children and achieved national certification as an Affiliate Instructor for Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage.

Cara combines her extensive client experience and personal healing journey with modern and ancient healing arts to provide personalized care. In her book co-authored with Christine Maxwell, “Awaken and Become A Tree of Life, Always Be Cleansing” Cara teaches the ABC's of self-care to foster a vibrant life of wellness. She is a polished speaker and group facilitator for retreats and trainings.
