Alaina Brubaker is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a private practice in Rochester, NY. For the past decade she has specialized in women's mental health issues. Systems theory is at the root of her training and practice with her clients. She is passionate on exploring the biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects of a persons life and how those things have influenced who they are today.
